Yes! We also accept e-prescriptions during emergency service hours. Simply present your e-prescription code in the gematik app or provide it by phone in advance at 06173 2025.
We charge a maximum of €0.50 between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.. The statutory emergency service surcharge is higher: between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. it amounts to €2.50.
The surcharge is charged once per visit, regardless of the number of medications.
Please use the night bell at the entrance door (labelled “Emergency Service”). Our on-duty pharmacist will come to the door within 3–5 minutes.
